An Unrestricted Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising persons engaged in the construction or demolition activity for buildings less than 35,000 cubic feet, residential dwellings, farm buildings and retaining walls less than 10 feet in height. This course is based on the ICC Reference books and the CMR 780 9th edition and will help prepare you for the licensing exam.

NOTE: This program covers the 2015 IBC, but the state exam follows the 2021 IBC. There have been minimal changes between the two versions, and we are in the process of updating the code.
Description
This course will prepare students for the MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor exam through text, sample questions and illustrations pertaining to the exam, including the most pertinent portions of the 2021 International Residential Code, the 2015 International Building Code, and the 780 CMR Residential and Base Code Amendments Ninth edition.
